Fridays on the Green 2026 Schedule

Unpack those lawn chairs and blankets, the Village has another entertaining season of free outdoor concerts this summer. 

All shows will take place on the Centennial Green outside Village Hall, 50 S. Emerson Street. Bands will begin at 6 PM, except for the June 5 show which will begin at 6:30 PM. Restrooms available inside Village Hall. 

June 5 | Ken Dix and The Friday Night Lawn Jockeys 

The Friday Night Lawn Jockeys bring their own unique twist on classic rock music. 

June 26 | Turning Down Today

High-energy Chicago-area rock cover band performing classic rock, hard rock, and alternative favorites that audiences know and love.

July 17 | Anchors Away

Anchors Away is a premier yacht rock band made up of the finest musicians in the Chicagoland area. The music is light and bubbly! 

August 7 | Blackberry Jam

Blackberry Jam is a high energy southern rock, blues rock, guitar driven band based out of Chicago, formed in 2019.

August 28 | The Throwbacks  

Three young guys who take classic oldies songs from the 1950's and 1960's, and infuse energy and modern song writing into them

September 11 | The Socially Acceptable Band

A 5-piece Chicago based band with folk rock, prog, funk, and even country influences throughout the tracks, with several nods to The Windy City sprinkled throughout.

Centennial Green is located outside Village Hall, 50 S. Emerson Street, just one block north of the Metra Train Station. Free parking is available at the Emerson Street Parking Deck between Village Hall and the Library. Additional Parking Options.
