The family friendly Fall Festival takes place from 1 to 4 pm on the 20th and will feature plenty of free fun including pony rides, face painting, balloons, and other entertainment. Food, rides, and all activities will be available for those who preregister at mpdowntown.com. In addition, a special one-hour period beginning at noon will be set aside for families with special needs members of all ages. Special needs registration will open several days prior to the event.

Parking will be available in the Emerson Street Parking Deck, the Maple Street Parking Deck, and the East and West Metra Commuter Lots. Ample bike parking can be found throughout the area. If you have friends coming from other towns the party will take place just one block from the Metra station. Oktoberfest and Fall Festival are put on by the Mount Prospect
Downtown Merchants Association (MPDMA), a non-profit organization run by an all-volunteer board that strives to spread
awareness of all that downtown Mount Prospect has to offer.
